Sonakshi Sinha to do an item song in Farah Khan’s next movie

After Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif created magic with the item song ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’, director-choreographer Farah Khan is considering ‘Dabangg’ girl, Sonakshi Sinha for the next item song. Reports state that the director is planning something bigger than her previous film ‘Tees Maar Khan’, like she always does, and has chosen Sonakshi as her next item girl.

“I’d love to make Sonakshi do something totally different and seductive soon. She is my next item girl post Katrina. She is also working in my home production next titled ‘Joker’” Farah said. However, Sonakshi is not even aware of Farah’s plans.

“She hasn’t told me anything as yet! But I am sure if its Farah, it will be something big” Sonakshi said. Sonakshi in the movie ‘Dabangg’ had portrayed the role of a simple Indian girl.

We wonder what Farah has in store for the actress, but the audience has all the confidence in the director. Who knows, Sonakshi may get a new makeover for her next movie.

Sanjay Dutt to host TV show?

After Bollywood superstars Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan, it is time for Sanjay Dutt to rule the Indian TV industry with a brand new game show. According to rumours, Sanjay was offered to host the next season of ‘Dus Ka Dum’ which was previously hosted by Salman Khan.

But sources allege that Sanju refused the offer by saying that he needs to do something original. Reports state that Salman Khan has also refused to host ‘Dus Ka Dum’, as he is more inclined towards Indian reality show Bigg Boss 5.

As for now, the channel is working out with a new concept for a game show for theMunnabhai MBBS actor to host. “The show hosted by Dutt will not be a format one, which is normally the order of the day. Brand new concept is being devised,” a source said.
The actor was not available for comment, but his spokesperson confirmed the news by saying that the actor is keen to host a game show and talks are on with many channels.

Sonam Kapoor

Sonam Kapoor
Sonam Kapoor is a newcomer to the Indian film industry. She was shot into fame after she signed her first film for a lead role with great Indian director Sanjay Leela Bhansali of Devdas and Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam fame. At present she is the most talked about newcomer in the Bollywood.

Early life
Sonam was born on June 9, 1985, in Chembur, Maharashtra, India to the famous Hindi film star Anil Kapoor and his ex- model wife Sunita Kapoor. Her uncles are producer Boney Kapoor of Mr. India fame and famous Hindi film actor Sanjay Kapoor. Sonam Kapoor is the eldest daughter and has one Sister Rhea and brother Harshwardhana. She can speak Hindi and English fluently beside that she knows Punjabi and Marathi too. She has been nicknamed as Giraffe by her father. Rani Mukherji is one of her best friends. Her early childhood passed in Mumbai and she started her schooling at Arya Vidya Mandir-Juhu, Mumbai. She did not carried the shy nature like her other fellow friends instead she use to play the game of basketball with her childhood friend Ranbir Kapoor in a local club.
Sonam was not a shy child in her childhood. Once she danced in a party in her house to get the attention of the guests. She was exposed to Film atmosphere very early in her life as her father and uncles were deeply involved in the Hindi film industry. She grew up with a passion to become an actress in her own right one day. As a student she performed like an average student. She joined Kathak classes at a very early age and learnt this art for 12 years. After that she went to Singapore for two years studying theatre there.
After coming back from Singapore she joined Sanjay Leela Bhansali as an assistant for the making of the film Black and gained insight into the art of filmmaking. Sonam was overweight while she was assisting Sanjay Leela Bhansali but the genius of Bhansali spotted the fire and ambition of Sonam and offered her to play the lead role in his forthcoming venture Saanwariya. Sonam Kapoor took the challenge seriously and went for dieting and weight reduction under the expert supervision of her mother and Sanjay Leela Bhansali himself. She worked very hard to shed her extra fat to look fit for her role in the film and finally managed to loose 30 kgs from previous 90kg. After loosing those extra kilos Sonam looked like a statuesque beauty at 5รข€™ 9 ½.
From the early childhood Sonam developed a knack of reading, she was so fond of reading that her librarian use to advise her to reduce her reading habit otherwise she would have to wear glasses. Maybe due to her habit of reading she developed the art of writing and she is a good writer. Simultaneously she developed the skill of painting too and developed it well. With many actors taking up the brush for social causes and whatever other reasons these days, Sonam too has the world as her canvas.

Film career
Before starting her career off as an actress, Kapoor worked as an assistant under Sanjay Leela Bhansali in 2004, and assisted him during the making of his film, Blackwhich was released in early 2005. She made her acting debut alongside
newcomer, Ranbir Kapoor in Bhansali's Saawariya (2007), which failed to do well at the box office. Her performance was opened to good reviews by most critics.
In 2009, Kapoor appeared in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's Delhi-6, opposite Abhishek Bachchan. The film flopped at the box office and received mixed reviews by the critics, but her performance was highly praised. Critic Rajeev Masand commented, "Sonam Kapoor is the revelation in Delhi 6. She's a firecracker performer, instinctive and uninhibited in what isn't even a conventional female lead".
In 2010, she appeared in Punit Malhotra's I Hate Luv Storys opposite Imran Khan. The film went on to become her first box office success. She also appeared in the romantic comedy, Aisha, opposite Abhay Deol.
In 2011, Kapoor is scheduled to appear in Players opposite Abhishek Bachchan, Thank You opposite Akshay Kumar and Mausam with Shahid Kapoor.
